The gas is leaking.

Please use soapy water to check for any leaks.

Detailed inspection steps:
Soapy Water Leak Detection Method

Step 1: Prepare the tools.
Prepare a small cup or bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of clean water, add a small amount of detergent or soap powder, and stir well to make a soapy water solution that can produce bubbles. You will also need a clean sponge or soft cloth, as well as a small brush (such as an old toothbrush).

Step 2: Apply the soapy water.
After shutting down the system (with no air or gas flow), dip the sponge or small brush into the soapy water and apply it to all connection points that may leak.

How to interpret the results:
If there is a leak: The soapy water will bubble at the leak point, forming visible foam or continuously growing bubbles. The location where bubbling occurs is the leak point.
If there is no leak: The surface of the soapy water will remain calm, with no bubbles produced.

hears the clicking and sees spark but its not igniting the gas.

The situation mentioned is normal. Please hold the ignition button for more than 8 seconds until the flame stabilizes.

How to install batteries in the igniter?

Next to the "AAA" is the igniter. Please unscrew it to install the battery.

Hi, I just put this together and it’s very nice but I can’t get it to ignite with the red button. I can ignite it with a light; any suggestions?

The factory asked if you have installed batteries? When you press the red button, there should be a clicking sound
Can you confirm this?
