When we press the ignition button, we can hear a "click" sound, but no spark is seen, the burner does not ignite, and no sound of gas flowing can be heard.

There are several possible reasons for this situation:
1. The battery voltage in the battery box is low, and a new one needs to be replaced.
2. The ignition needle or thermocouple is loose.
3. The operation and pressing method should be correct.

Part FF universal accessories.

NP12068DK-part FF.

How many parts S are needed for the product, not specified in the manual.

Two.

What's wrong with the waterproof cover?

This waterproof cover is for light rain, not for heavy downpours. If the rain is too strong, it's recommended to place it in a sheltered area.

The igniter will not ignite.

First, check the battery.
Second, see if there are any stones blocking the spark plug or thermocouple needle; they need to be removed.

When you release the button to stop ignition, it continues to discharge.

This happens because the spring clip on the igniter pops out too forcefully. Pushing the clip back in place will prevent the igniter from staying on when not in use. Please refer to the video: https://youtube.com/shorts/u0hm4d_8EGA. If the issue persists after adjustment, please send the customer a new igniter.

Is side table collapsible?

NO.

Can you provide me with a conversion kit?

We attached the size picture of our connector for your reference.
Outer diameter 54mm; Internal dimension 35.5mm

Can you provide me with the natural gas orifice please?

And we do not offer the orifice part, it is not included in our product.

The screws on the hinge are loose.

Need to replace the NP11327DK-part GG .This part not in the screw bag.

The propane bottle works on my BBQ, but when I install it on the firepit, no gas is getting out. I installed a battery, I hear the clicking sound, no gas smell.

Please open the stone a little and let the Ignition port be exposed to air.
Then you need to press the red button on the left for about 2-3 second, and turn the knob directly to the middle.

The rubber hose that connects to the propane tank appears to have melted. How do I replace the hose?

There is something missing in the igniter, which prevents it from igniting

Send NP12068DK-part 2

Customer has the issue of the paint is coming off the top and wants a resolution to the issue of having a chipped pant fire pit and wanted to know what the options were. (customer is seeking a new burner top with attachments) burner

It is the polyurethane metal paint. The paint color should be as similar as the original panel.

Very nice product for 25 hours. Cannot ignite fire pit with button not with a lighter. Lights but then extinguished immediately.

Could you please check if the volcanic rocks blocked the gas hole? Please don't put too much volcanic rocks.
When igniting, are the igniter and thermocouple operated together?
And could you please check whether there is carbon deposit on the burner?
Is the valve tightened?

"Is it possible to assemble the table without the side tabletop?"

Yes, this table can be installed without the side tabletop.

The fire turned on but then suddenly after 30mins it turned off by itself, and now it does not ignite properly (yes the gas tank is full)

It could be that the thermocouple isn't staying hot enough to turn on and the gas isn't being delivered properly.

At the small ignition box, the stone should be cleared away so that the thermocouple can be kept on by the fire and the thermocouple switch can be kept open.

We are looking to purchase the converter to change this fire pit to natural gas. Not only do the instructions in the box come with information to convert the fire pit to natural gas, but the product specifications say it can use natural gas.

In fact, it is possible to convert this propane tank fire pit to natural gas.
However, we highly advise against this usage.
One reason is that the flame may be slightly smaller and natural gas may not be as convenient to use as propane.
Additionally, the conversion to natural gas should only be performed by a natural gas supplier or service company.
Improper handling of the conversion could pose a safety risk and may also affect the warranty of the product.
Furthermore, we do not sell conversion kits for natural gas, so we recommend using a regular propane tank. Thank you.
Hope for your kind understanding.

I've used it 3 times already and have noticed a very heavy soot deposit around the edges and blue glass pebbles. The flame burns very yellow with very little blue flame visible. Is there an adjustment that can be made to the flame? Using a standard propane tank.

The two issues you encountered may be due to the propane you used, not being suitable for our product.
Initially, the flame of our product will appear mostly yellow, gradually transitioning to a more prominent blue flame over time.
We have included a picture of what the normal flame should look like.
Could you please try using a higher-quality propane to see if this resolves the issues?

What material is the top of the table made of?

metal with pressed wood grain

The ignition switch does no ignite.

Could you kindly try the following steps?
1. Have you installed the battery? The red ignition device, twist the cover open, you need to put in a AAA battery, with the negative end facing inwards and the positive end facing outwards.
2. When you press the ignition device, do you hear a sound when it ignites? Look inside the red circle to see if there is a spark.
3. To ignite, you need to first press the knob, turn it to a low flame, keep pressing it, and simultaneously use the other hand to press the ignition device. The first time you ignite, you may need to press a bit longer.
4. Can you ignite using a lighter?

Does this model have an air mixer included?

No.

Produces smoke when used.

The appearance of smoke is usually a sign of inadequate combustion.

Is this cover waterproof?

Yes.

A piece of glass in the glass case broken

Is it possible to purchase a piece of glass to replace the broken one?

Does the extended extra shelf fold down or does it stay up permanently Thanks

It's not collapsible, but you can remove it if you don't want to use it.

Does this include the conversion kit to use with natural gas and not a propane tank?

It does not include the conversion kit to use with natural gas and it can only connect the propane tank.
