initial take good.... except for the missing foot
it's big, but fits under my table. it's low profile, so people sitting at the table won't even really notice it. it's heavy, so the umbrella won't blow over (love the people who complain that it's hard to move... doh!). it was packed well and easy to assemble... even if the instructions are... minimal. unfortunately, one of the four feet is missing so per the handout in the packaging i send an email (with the photo and a screenshot of my order) to cs.us@costway.com .... i asked them to confirm receipt of email and pls send a replacement foot (or two, since one has already gone MIA)... hopefully they will respond, and respond appropriately.
