I needed a litter box surround that would keep the dog out but big enough for my larger cats to fit in. Also, the cabinet opens at the top which is important since my male cat almost stands to potty. You can close the lid when you have company visiting. The lid also provides for easy cleanup.

There were gaps after putting the enclosure together even after making sure all screws and attachments were as tight as possible. Also if your cat misses the litter box, any pee will immediately cause parts of the enclosure to swell, as this is meant to hide a litter box, this is a pretty big flaw that it is ruined so quickly by errant pee.
Love the top open, makes it super easy to clean.
The "litterbox house" arrived well-packaged and in great condition, no dinges or marks on the enclosure. All pieces and hardware were in the box so no shortages there. The instructions were a little confusing, but once I got the system figured out it was relatively simple. I am a female in my late 60's and was able to move the parts and tip and adjust to allow me to put it together by myself. Now I am just waiting for the cats to adjust to the new outhouse.

I have never had an inside cat and this is the nicest way to make a nasty litter box not be seen. Having the lid lift open is so easy. The cat makes less mess on the floor and more stays in the container. So much easier on my back....Looks like fancy furniture. I got the darker color and matches all the other furniture in the room. VERY HAPPY!

Very sturdy, good material. Instructions can be a bit iffy but I put it together fairly easily. Love that it opens on top so no need to slide out the box from the enclosure to clean. Added a cute cushion on top and it serves as a seat too! Kitty took to it right away.

I was looking for a top-opening litter box enclosure for my cats' litter box and litter genie. This product was one of the few that fit all of my requirements! All pieces were clearly labeled (with screws and cams in labeled bags), and this was pretty straightforward to put together. I like the "soft close" top, which stays open so I can clean the box and doesn't slam down when I'm shutting the lid.
I love that it hides the litter in a stylish way. My apartment should have bought this earlier, it hides the smell very well. My cat liked cleanliness and privacy and quickly took to his new house.
