Workhorse of a machine

Bought this over a year ago and finally had the need to use it. VERY impressed with the power of the motor and performance of the parts. Very easy to clean and very efficient. Hardly had to use the plunger to push the meat into the grinding compartment. Once the shaft caught the meat, it pulled it in with ease. Highly recommend this meat grinder. It will be the last one you will need. No more Kitchen-Aide attachments for me.

Best value for a 1.5hp grinder. Its a tank

I love this thing. It is HEAVY duty. Very well put together IMO. I make my own cat food and I grind up bones and all. Have been looking for a grinder hefty enough to handle whole bones as I had been crushing them up with a "kitchen hatchet" to run through a lesser grinder. I shoved whole chicken legs into this bad boy and it barely slowed down if at all. Chicken thighs need to be cut in half to fit but otherwise they caused even less issues than legs. I doubt it could handle larger bones like from a turkey but for chicken it does fine. It's simple to use and east to clean. Made of stainless steel and so far have had no corrosion. All in all this thing has saved me a ton of time and labor and I think it is fantastic.

Beast of a meat grinder!

This machine is definitely a workhorse! It just came in today and i used it to grind an Angus beef post roast that would normally take 45 minutes to cook until tender in a pressure cooker. I took a 2.11 lbs Angus pot roast and cut it into small squares. I placed the pot roast squares into the grinder and seasoned it afterwards and made hamburgers on the stove top. The texture was sooo tender that a child or elderly person could eat it without and problems. This unit is definitely worth the money! The 1.5 horsepower motor purrs like a turbo charged car when you turn it on. Definitely has the power to get the job done without a struggle. They were not kidding when they said it can grind 550 lbs of meat per hour!

This machine is a beast!

I love this grinder! It cut through everything so easily. It actually sucks the stuff in before you get a chance to push it in. I used it for raw organ meat, veggies and some frozen fruit for my dog's raw diet. I'm so happy I bought this machine! The only downside for me is that it weighs 49lbs. I'm 60 years old so that's a lot for me. After my first use I dismantled the parts to wash them and while they were drying I moved the machine. I can handle lifting it with the extra parts off. I'm still very happy with my purchase in spite of that.

Heavy Duty Construction

I have to say I was a bit nervous when I made this purchase because I didn't know what to expect. The item arrived today earlier than expected and the packaging job for such a heavy appliance was well done. It arrived in perfect condition and without a scratch. I haven't used it to grind any meat yet and for that reason I am withholding a single star. Later after I pass some meat through it and if there are no issues I will come back and give it 5 stars. For now though it looks like a solid machine. Everything is tight and buttoned down. There are no loose screws anywhere and the drive shaft has absolutely zero play. I am really impressed with the quality of the construction. Chinese products have been steadily improving in quality for about a decade now. They are close to par with US made durable goods at this point. Of course it is quite heavy but I knew that when I made the purchase. I did turn it on today and it ran fine for a few seconds. It's not really that loud either. It's a #22 meat grinder and yes mine did come with the sausage stuffing tubes. It does not have a sausage plate but to be fair the advertisement never said anything about a sausage stuffing plate. Overall I am happy with my purchase so far.

Literally grinds chicken bones as fast as I can feed them in

I give my dogs raw food as their diet, but as they've aged (they're 11 now), I was concerned that they were not chewing the bones thoroughly anymore. I wanted a grinder that would grind their chicken up, bone and all. When this arrived, I thought, man, what was I thinking, this is a straight feeding mechanism, how is a drumstick going to bend through there? I'm going to have to cut it up into small bits.

This Grinder is an Absolute BEAST!!!!!!

As the headline says.....This Thing is a BEAST!!!!! I purchased this back in Oct, 2020. I was just getting ready to start processing sausage at that time. I subsequently ground 200 - 300 lbs of sausage in about 20 - 40 lb batches. Most of them, I ground them the first time almost completely frozen (probably 75-85% frozen), and then immediately followed it up with a second grind usually adding a little fat to the second grind to get my fat contents correct. All I can say is WOW!!!! This thing makes very short order of a 25 lb batch of meat. It grinds as fast as you can feed it.....and never even slows down. If you could feed it any faster, it would grind faster. I'm also convinced it would grind a broom handle if you would let it although I have to admit I have never tried that.....but let's just say that this thing is powerful. I just can't say enough good things about it. Cleanup is easy as the thing comes apart quickly and in the right places.
