Poorly made - screw threads already stripped -

holes not drilled properly - without tools would be impossible to assemble

Hard to put together.

We finally had a chance to put these chairs together. Life prevented it before now. Anyway, while putting in some of the final screws for the base one of the wooden pieces broke. I know it is beyond the time to return but it would be nice if someone offered to replace the one chair.

Great Chairs for the price

These are a good deal for the price. Putting them together took some time as the directions are scant, but we got them together and they're perfect for our needs. They do not sit straight up, but they do have 4 positions and do lie flat.

Not a great buy

These chairs are not holding up well. They were difficult to put together and the wood is thin. They are comfortable enough but the seat backs only have a few positions. They do not allow you to sit up right or lay flat.

Quality Control

As most have mentioned, the build is time consuming. The directions were clear to this buyer, having put together many pieces of ready-to-assemble furniture. However, one of the pieces came with the wrong plastic seat back adjuster in place. All three other legs were correct, so it was not an error in construction. See picture. Also, the cushions arrived with staining, despite there not being any openings in their wrapping. We have reached out to the seller, but they have yet to respond. Hope to get some feedback soon.

Beautiful but somewhat broken

These chairs were beautiful once assembled but they came with wood that was slightly damaged. When trying to get ahold of the company, we were told they couldn't resend us the broken piece, that we could pay to ship them back for a refund. In the end, with a few trips to the hardware store, we ended up making them work and they are sturdy and beautiful. However, for the price, I wanted something that was new and in excellent condition. Also, you cannot tell well from the pictures but the whole seat part of the chair is not wood but rather a fake wicker, which I don't believe will hold up as well. Overall, I wouldn't buy again, but seeing as we have them we will make them work until we are ready to upgrade in a few years.

Beautiful and comfy lounge pool chairs with small table :)

I really like the style and color of these chairs. It came in a huge box. It was very heavy. When i first opened the box i felt discouraged right away cause i thought assembling this was very complicated. I followed each and every steps on the manual and had it assembled successfully. It was really worth it. I love that it came in pair and a small table. They looked really good in my pool. This is a solid, beautiful, comfortable lounge chairs. Its super great for hanging out in the pool or in the patio. It also repels water nicely, making it a useful piece to have outside during all kinds of weather. I had my friends over and they really liked the chairs. I am so excited to use these for summer. It super worth it. Im glad i came accros these chairs in Amazon.

Okay, a few things:

Not worth it

Chairs came and one was ruined, luckily the customer service was great and refunded my order. They responded promptly however were unable to send a replacement chair. I decided to attempt to just put together the single usable chair for now. Much like the reviews, this was extremely difficult to assemble. The instructions came with missing pages and started on step 5 ending in step 6, im unsure if this is the problem of the manufacture but expect to spend hours on assembling a single chair

The lounges are very beautiful. High-quality wood nice cushions. They look beautiful by my pool. I highly recommend them!!

surprisingly great patio chaise lounge set

These are surprisingly great chairs. Arrived a week before expected delivery date, easy to assemble, and looks great! They seem sturdy but would recommend purchasing furniture covers as well for inclement weather. Overall happy with the purchase!

lounge away in bliss, till you fall asleep that comfy

Had some free time this fine Monday after the Superbowl and finally put this amazingly beautiful patio lunge set together. My wife has been bugging me to get it done and now the weather is almost spring like in Arizona it is the perfect time. You can actually lay out in them. and get some sun this time of year.
