Does this product require a battery? I didn't receive a battery, what size battery should I use?

Yes, you need to provide a size AA battery.

The heater only lights up when the gas fills the entire glass tube, and there is a slight explosion sound, which feels unsafe.

If the knob is held down for too long, a sound similar to an eruption occurs because gas is being released from the pilot tube. Please ask the customer to check if the pilot flame is functioning correctly. Additionally, please request that the customer record a video of their ignition process―following the example in this clip (https://youtube.com/shorts/N0xC3RqP3lI)―so that we can share it with the factory to evaluate whether there is an issue with the pilot flame and determine how it might be improved.

There is an issue with ignition; it cannot ignite or sustain combustion. After pressing the controller for a while, the heater will light up only when the gas fills the entire glass tube, and there will be a slight explosion sound. When adjusted to the lowest setting, it will completely go out.

Please check if the connection point of the attached hose is loose. Additionally, holding down the button for too long can cause an excessive buildup of gas in the ignition control box, leading to this issue.

The igniter does not work.

Since this product has a mother fire, when using the tube for the first time, there is air in it and it needs to be evacuated. Therefore, the waiting time is approximately 30C60 seconds.
Specific steps:
Assemble the battery, open the air tank, press and rotate the knob 90 degrees, (press for 30C60 seconds to evacuate the air from the tube), ignite.
