The fireplace is no longer working The customer makes sure that it is plugged in a working outlet but it is not turning on
This is advertised that it fits a TV up to 65inches and my 55inch doesn’t fit.
What is the stone looking material around the fireplace made out of? Is it a flat board of some kind or raised?
I am having trouble with the lights and remotes. The remote controls both the lights and the fireplace, is there a way to fix that so my lights don't change when I use the remote to turn the fireplace on? Second, the lights inside the fireplace don't quite work, the colors vary from side to side and don't match up when I make a selection. Can I be sent a new light strip?

What are the dimensions of the top shelf area?
I’m really struggling with the insert - flame being all bright Orange / red. There is no yellow whatsoever. It looks so fake. The pictures on the site look great and I saw a video another customer posted that looks great. Did I get a bad inset? Do I need to change bulb?
How many remotes were supposed to come with the Entertainment center?
The white cord is the light cord. The black cord is the attachment sent to plug in the lights. They are not compatible.

There is plenty of room behind the unit to allow for air flow. The back of the unit never feels warm. I have turned it off, unplugged it, waited then restarted several times but the problem persists. The unit turns on, heater works for several hours then the E3 code starts flashing and the heater shuts off. The thermostat is set at 72. The unit is beautiful and I like it very much but I need the heater to work properly.
