Not the quality that I was looking for

I bought this shelf for a disabled family member's bedroom, but I'm not confident that it will be a good fit for that use. It is not sturdy enough and the finish was not what I was expecting or hoping for. Other furniture that I have bought online comes with a more sturdy finish that can handle a bit of moisture. The finish on this shelf feels more like a thin coating on top of particle board. Because of that, I would not use this in a child's room or in a place where it will get a lot of use.

Easy to ensemble, good quality

I loved the product, easy to ensemble, however it's not the size I was expecting. Very functional eventhough I will prefer little bigger and wider.

Sent a wrong part and seller won't respond.

Ordered this in late December and made the mistake of not unboxing it right away. The main problem is that one of the side parts that support the shelves is incorrect so I can't assemble the shelf correctly. Not to mention that the side part is cracked and they just painted over it. It looks like it might completely crack with some weight on it. The edge quality on some of the pieces leaves a lot to be desired as well. Seller hasn't responded either. I'd look for something different personally. Even if the side part was correct, the overall quality doesn't justify the price

they only provide pictures not written directions.

One bookcase came in good condition the other bookcase came damaged with NO HARDWARE. On returning the damaged one I have to pay shipping? I do like the one bookshelf I have and now I have to order another one, what a pain to repack since I'm handicap and the bookshelf is heavy. I have to get my son to help me since I can't lift and that's taking him from his work.

Pretty much love it.

I pulled it out of the box and luckily no damage. I was shocked to see the drawer tracks already installed. That was a first. Very happy with that surprise. The quality was excellent, and the drawers were in perfect alignment after I put them together and installed them. Nice finish. nice weight. The only negative was after it was finished, I found that it was very unbalanced. There's no way to adjust that. It did come with four little plastic feet. I attached only one of the feet to one leg and it seemed to level out.

Nice look but not very sturdy

It isn't very high quality but everything was easy to put together and it does not look too cheap. Just hard to find solid wood now a days. .

Broken parts, fair assembly

Shipping boxes appear to have little to no damage, yet the drawer front is cracked. There are several scratches/dents in the finish. Fixed with a sharpie so its not that bad. The assembly is a little more involved than IKEA but if assembling IKEA furniture doesn't scare you this shouldn't.

Decent

Overall the Bookshelf was a decent purchase. Mine came with a few damaged pieces but base on how it was put together i was able to hide most of the imperfections. My roommate and I put it together in an hour or less. It had a lot of pieces but it wasn't difficult at all.

This Shelf makes for many uses.

I like this particular shelf because of the many different ways that someone can utilize it. I use it as a night stand as a replacement for a night stand that I couldn't replace. I store hygiene items, books, electronics, and other items that would usually be placed in nightstand drawers. My wife ordered one to use in her home office and plans to get another (hopefully a white color) for her 'lady corner.' Either way this product has many great uses. The only drawback I give it, is that the paint finish feels like it can be easily chipped, scuffed, or damages.

Very nice

Had a couple of spots that were minor damage but I was able to fill in with a marker and now not noticeable at all. Very sturdy and nice looking. My 9 year old grandson helped me. We attached the bottom to the top upside-down but thankfully it was easy enough to undo and put together correctly. The color is nice, a very dark espresso color, and the drawers work well. It took awhile to assemble but not that hard. I really like it.

Very nice but look out

Very very nice stand. Just check everything out before hand. My husband had to drill a hole in it for the top shelf. It was completely missing.
