If you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see the tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state. To the extent any of the factors affecting the calculation of sales tax change between the time you place an order and the time your credit card is charged, the amount appearing on your order as Tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes.

Shipping Locations
1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam) and Canada (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon).
2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or FedEx or Pioneer.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. The items will usually be shipped out the next business day after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. Please see the return policy for more details.
When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Tangkula takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Tangkula shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please choose the corresponding item in “My Orders” to apply for a refund or a return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs, and provide Tangkula with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
Orders Tracking
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.
You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your Tangkula account and password to get a summary of past orders by visiting our Track Your Order’ Page for detailed steps of order tracking.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if a product didn’t meet your expectation nor placed a wrong order after the order has been shipped out.
3. Items that weigh less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While items that weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.

Product Returns:
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit with your décor. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged and all packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and be attached to the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Tangkula. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 12 hours to receive a full refund.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled for free if we have shipped within 12 hours.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@tangkula.com. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Please note that we are updating our system maintenance between 11:30 pm-4:00 am PST Time. Any online cancellations are not supported. If you would like to cancel your order during this time, please contact our customer service at support@tangkula.com.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
If you need to cancel after 12 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, please email us at support@tangkula.com to cancel the order. We will process and recall your item(s) right away.
If the package has been recalled, you will receive a full refund minus a flat recall fee of $21, which will be credited back to your original payment within 3-5 business days. *Each recalled package is $21.
If the package has failed to recall, you will receive a failed recall email notification. Please get in touch with support@tangkula.com right away. Cancellations after shipment are only valid to UPS ground delivery service and FedEx. Any items delivered by truck, UPS surepost, or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
Returned Products:
For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance of any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.
Defective Item:
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem. To apply for returns, please email us at support@tangkula.com. Our support team will quickly reassess the issue and provide you with a response for up to 48 hours.
Received the Wrong Item:
We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives to you in poor condition, please refuse it immediately and contact us at support@tangkula.com. If you do not reject the item, please provide us with a photo or video of the product's outer packaging and product breakage at the first opportunity. After we have submitted a damage claim to the shipping company and received confirmation, you may also request a new product or a full refund. You will be partially responsible if it affects our submission of the claim.
Missing or Lost Item:
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at support@tangkula.com with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. The process will take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.
Item Received not as Described
Sorry for the inconvenience, please email us at support@tangkula.com. You can choose to keep the item with a partial refund or return this product to receive a refund.

Absolutely love this cat box! The fan helps so much with the odor!
I love the litter box, had it for about a year now. The only problem I have is that the inside liner broke, I have to cats that like to dig in the litter box when they use it so the little hooks that attach the liner to the walls broke. I would like to repurchase just that part and I thought I saw that option when I first bought it, but now I can't find that part anymore. The litterbox is still usable, just cleaning it is a bit more difficult with the broken liner. Smell wise I would say better than ordinary litter boxes, however you still smell when the cat went to go numbr 2. Looks very pretty and high end, I had people sitting right next to it asking where the litter box is. It blends in well.
I started adding liners to this product before discovering they're totally unnecessary. This has an easy lift off top to make litter sifting and cleaning a breeze. We haven't needed to use the built in fan as we've used 'Pretty Litter', which controls odors. My cats enjoy the privacy when the opening faces the wall. My guests haven't noticed its a litter box. I highly recommend this product.

Idk how they do it but the odor from the used litter is gone! Low maintenance. It does use more litter as it is larger than my last litter box and I found it necessary to use the flap on the entry because with more litter my cats did tend to dig the litter out into the floor but putting the flap on corrected this problem and I couldn't be happier with this product!
